At Begum Beliya, each piece is handcrafted with love, and slight variations in colour, weave, or texture are not considered defects — they are the charm of handloom.

We do accept returns and exchanges under the following terms and conditions:

1. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only, redeemable against any future purchase on our website for the same value.

2. The product must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

3. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for returns or exchanges. Kindly include a note with your full name and return address inside the package.

4. A video of the product being unboxed is mandatory for any return or exchange request to be processed.

5. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return/exchange. Begum Beliya reserves the right to decline such requests.

6. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.

7. Anti-fit pieces like sarees and dupattas are not eligible for exchange.
